Forming the new project in late 2019. Split The Dealer (aka, Sam Brett) hit the gas fast.
Following his first ever release, a stripped-back video session of System of a Down's Toxicity, UNILAD Sound were quick to snap it up. They shared it to their Facebook page, gaining him over 200,000 views, and many new listeners. He's won the support of BBC Introducing and HMV, who reached out with a request to do an exclusive gig at their Banbury store. His latest release, XV, featuring Deva St. John, hit Spotify's Discover Weekly and gained over 40,000 streams in just six weeks.
Backed by an incredible band, a Split The Dealer show is undeniably immersive. It'll go from being a powerhouse-fronted, high-octane party, to a more intimate and haunting experience. 2020 sees Sam explore his influences further, performing further across the country, and sharing his energy to brand new audiences.
