    Good sound poor battery life

    please resolve this firmware update issue stat as i am about to return mine for credit anytime soon.

    PRO:

    these have very good sound quality and fit quite well. They haven't fallen out but that is subjective as all ears are different

    CON:

    The battery life is poor. there is an issue where they do not turn off when in the case, they disconnect but do not turn off so they drain very fast, you do not get 12 hours out of them

    BEST USES:

    ear buds for music, microphone for calls is not as good as others on the market

    BOTTOM LINE:

    I would not recommend this to a friend.
